Educational Certificates:

  • All certificates issued by this institution are approved by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology due to its executive and educational role in the Inter-Islamic Network of Virtual Universities.
  • Language certificates issued by the Inter-Islamic Network of Virtual Universities, bearing the seal of one of the member universities, are provided to ensure students’ confidence when presenting them to the Student Organization of the Ministry of Science to avoid potential issues.
  • All courses offered include a proficiency exam, and certificates are only issued upon successful completion of the exam.
  • Students can participate in the proficiency exams after completing the educational course, and the exam fee is separate.
  • Refund conditions for language center courses:
    • If a student withdraws from the course more than one week before it starts, 100% of the paid tuition will be refunded.
    • If less than one week remains before the course starts, 50% of the paid tuition will be refunded.
    • Once the term officially begins, tuition is non-refundable.
    • If a student pays tuition but does not attend classes, the tuition will not be reserved, and they must register and pay again for the next term.

Class Attendance Rules:

  • Each student can have up to 3 justified absences per class each term.
  • Unjustified absences exceeding 3 sessions will result in removal from the course.
  • Absence does not affect the attendance grade.
  • For absent students during exams, a score of zero will be recorded.

Class Participation Requirements:

  • Students must actively participate in class, including appropriate attire, seating, and adhering to student etiquette.
  • If a session is canceled by the institution, a makeup session will be announced.
  • Students must submit assignments from instructors or the institution on time. Any academic violations, such as copying from external sources for assignments or exams, will result in a grade of zero.
  • Changing class hours after the class has started is not possible.
  • Online Class Participation Requirements:
    • Students are required to provide all necessary technical facilities (such as an active microphone and webcam) for participating in online classes. Therefore, if a session is lost due to technical issues on the student’s end, it will be considered an absence.
    • Students must actively participate in online classes and adhere to all class-related matters. Otherwise, the instructor may remove the student from the class, and that session will be counted as an absence.
    • If a language learner cannot attend a class, the class will not be canceled. After a 15-minute delay, the respected instructor will continue teaching the material as needed, and the language learner can view the class file at their convenience.
